    No. To maintain top-tier service quality, we focus exclusively on serving and shipping to our customers within the United States.

  • What is the best way to contact customer support?

  • Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

    Yes, but you must notify us via email within 12 hours of order placement. Once an order enters our physical fulfillment process, the address cannot be modified.

2. Shipping & Timelines

How long does it take to prepare my order?

Every piece is carefully inspected and packaged with the utmost care within 1-3 business days before being handed over to the shipping carrier.

When will I receive my package?

Your delivery timeline depends on the method selected at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping (Free): 5-7 business days transit ➔ Total estimated delivery in 6-10 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping ($9.99): 2-3 business days transit ➔ Total estimated delivery in 3-6 business days.

Which items are non-returnable?

To preserve the unique nature of our offerings, we do not accept returns on personalized or custom-made items, nor on products marked as Final Sale.

How long do refunds take to process?

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved at our facility, your refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
