Thank you for visiting and shopping at Page Flipped. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our comprehensive Shipping Policy. Please note that we exclusively sell and ship our products to customers within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

1. Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are carefully inspected, packed, and processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you immediately primarily via email.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST on Friday or during the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout. We offer the following domestic shipping methods:

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volume, peak holiday seasons, or severe weather conditions. All delivery windows provided are estimates and are not strictly guaranteed.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has been handed over to the carrier.
  • The tracking number will become active and trackable within 24 hours of receiving the email.
  • You can use this number on the carrier’s official website to monitor your package's transit progress.

4. Address Corrections & Modifications

  • Because we strive to process and fulfill orders as quickly as possible, please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.
  • If you notice an error in your shipping details, please email us at support@pageflipped.com within 12 hours of placement.
  • Once an order has entered the fulfillment process or has been handed over to the carrier, we are unfortunately unable to modify the destination address or cancel the shipment.

5. Damages, Lost Packages & Missing Items

Page Flipped takes great care in packing your orders securely. However, once a package leaves our facility, the title and risk of loss pass directly to the customer.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged during transit, please email us immediately at support@pageflipped.com with your order number and a clear photograph of the damaged product and packaging. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not liable for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but are missing or stolen. We highly recommend checking with your local post office, neighbors, or building management before reaching out. For packages lost in transit (never marked as delivered), please contact our support team so we can assist you in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier.
