Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Page Flipped. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Since we exclusively sell and ship our products within the United States, the following policy applies to all domestic orders.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be unworn or unused, with all original tags attached.

  • It must be in its original product packaging.

  • You will need to provide the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

2. How to Start a Return

To help us resolve your requests effectively, please contact us primarily via email.

  1. To initiate a return, email us at support@pageflipped.com. Please include your Full Name, Order Number, and the reason for the return.
  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. All authorized returns must be sent to our central facility: 201 Elizabeth Miller Gardens, Staunton, VA 24401-3875, United States
  4. Important Note: Items sent back to us without first explicitly requesting a return via email will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged during transit, or if you receive the incorrect product, contact us at support@pageflipped.com right away. Please include a clear photograph of the issue along with your order details so that we can evaluate the problem and provide a free replacement or correction.

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Custom Products: Special orders, tailored items, or personalized gifts.
  • Final Sale Items: We do not accept returns or refunds on items marked as sale, clearance, or promotional gift cards.
  • Hazardous Materials: Products classified as hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the product, color, or design you want is to return the item you currently have. Once your return is received and officially accepted by our team, you can make a separate, new purchase for the desired item on our online store.

6. Refunds

We will notify you via email once we have received and thoroughly inspected your returned package to confirm if the refund is approved.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it can take additional time for your financial institution, bank, or credit card company to process and post the credit to your statement.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not yet received your funds, please contact us immediately at support@pageflipped.com so we can investigate the transaction for you.
